Forever a day dreamer, Charisma has been making since she can remember. From weaving to woodworking, she has an insatiable drive to learn and appreciate the many different forms of hand crafting.

With a Bachelors in Psychology from SDSU and a Masters in Interior Architecture and Design from AAU, Charisma is a firm believer that art is a therapeutic tool to express and connect with oneself and others. Creating with our hands is a powerful way to process our emotions in a tangible way.

Charisma resides in San Diego with her husband, son, and dog Frida. When not crafting, you can find her making sourdough, taking care of her garden, or trying new recipes.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree at UCI, Charlene majored in Studio Art, with an emphasis on Painting and Photography. She was also one credit short of having an Art History minor, but that’s another story!

Crafting and art has always been a permanent fix to come back oneself, to breathe, and to make something beautiful. She couldn’t stick to one thing, so why not do it all?

Charlene lives with her husband, two kids, and parents in her hometown of San Diego. She owns a creative studio with her husband, their focus being on photo and video services for businesses and non profits.
